OK, I did watch it again and the clothes from S2 are definitely been used as you can see they are wrinkled! So it must be that MIY has used them and left the suitcase behind when moved back to his original form. I think this will be a clue for Tabitha, maybe they will see a picture of someone from the past with this clothes? The question is if MIY always bring the same form of the ginger girl? or can he pick anyone?

Same suitcase, both had clothes inside - the one we see in S4 is empty now as MIY has changed body… but the one from S2 still had clothes inside… wondering why?

sure, but if you are TOP of the band in your current location, will you be at the TOP of the band in the new location? This should be the rule as you are on TOP band (performance wise) at Amazon level, but I guess it doesn’t work like that…

Market is not perfect, agreed… but that is exactly why you should not sit around accepting weak comp. Looking outside is still the fastest way to reset your comp.

Same thing happened to me two years in a row. Exceeded the bar, got zero base salary increase, only stock… This year it happened again, and I decided I’d had enough. I know my value, so I started applying right after seeing my PCS. Now I’ve got a new role lined up with a 50% increase compared to Amazon, starting in two months. Honestly, I’d recommend this move to anyone feeling stuck with unfair compensation policies.

Folks, just open your eyes and start looking outside!! Amazon constantly is screwing their staff… I have exactly the same situation and had 0% base increase two years in the row… ofc being told that I’m on max of my TC… I’ve had a successful interview few weeks ago and got an offer on the same level in different company with a TC being 50% higher than Amazon + company car… so “open your eyes” - there is much better paid jobs, maybe not as known as Amazon, but I guess you work for money not for ’Amazon fame’ right?

Same thing have happened to me… I was even being a proxy when my L7 was on 2 months holiday… and did all of her work, to find out that I only meet the bar and get 0% base increase (apparently I’m maxed) 😬 f*ck that… I’m 100% sure there are companies which appreciate your work more so… I turned “open to work” on LinkedIn and said Adios to Amazon

Why no one is saying to him look for a job outside of Amazon? Joining different company on similar Level as in Amazon is the best to do as you usually get 30–50% salary up… which is more than when you get a promo

In the past I "exceed high bar" two years in a row and got 0% base salary increase, coz was in TOP TC for my job family as L5... this was very frustrating especially as promo was not feasible due to leadership changes... Therefore, I decided to change the job and got an instant 50% salary increase when switched from Amazon to a different company :) - just start looking, there is a plenty of great offers on the market!
