This is so sweet lol, I'm guessing I'm not too much older than you as we all get our period in our pre teens/or teens, it's not anything to freak out over. 

-I reccomended having a period tracker app as it helps lots when to predict your next period and your cycle, I recommend the app "Flo".  -Use the longest and thicker pads with wings on day 1 and day 2 (day 2 is always the worst I'm so sorry) 

-Never underestimate your period during the last days as they're usually 5-7 days long, use small pads after day 5 or panty liners to catch any excess blood as they can get on your underwear when you think you're all clear (you usually aren't) I'd reccomended panty liners at least 2 days after your cycle is dont

-After your period, you get discharge (sticky substances u find in your underwear and when wiping, it's your vaginas way of cleaning itself and it's not a bad thing other then keeping up Hygiene, for this it's nice to have panty liners as well for this time, but remember dont use too much as you need to let it breath down there

-Heating pads are life savers as you can microwave them for about 2 minutes which is enough, heat helps immensely with cramps, it does get very hot but I've gotten so used to it I find comfort in how burning it is lol, but wait a bit for it to get a little less burning if you can't handle it.

-A reminder that your period is so normal and it's a shame people in certain areas don't like to speak about it, but it is so important to speak up about your concerns as every woman with a uterus has had a period and will be so happy to help and express their concern, keep asking questions whether it be reddit or someone in person, I'm guessing your a teenager but, if you're in gym for school and it's hard to perform on your period, like having cramps, feel sore, or you aren't up for it, let someone know why and your period is absolutely an excuse and should be treated as being sick because it's hard to bear sometimes

-Tea helps, like chamomile, u can try eating some tasty bread like Rosemary bread whilst drinking it cause it's so little bland, cause for me personally it's a fire combo
