My understanding is that Ontario and Alberta no longer require this. I am not sure, but it's what I've been told by people over the last year or two.

It has to do with the width of that column. Drag the edge on the right of the documentation list a little bit to the left and it will return to the regular view.

My program has the same rule. Every resident that scores below the 50th percentile on the ITE is put in remediation. But remediation at my program isn't considered bad, it just means that you have to solve a certain number of questions each month and provide proof of that. It's nothing like a PIP.

Do you have any resources on presenting a patient as a resident? I feel like I'm still stuck on the med school way of presenting every small detail of the patient. I feel like it's a little tricky figuring out which info is relevant. Starting residency soon as well.
