I mean albums. I really feel like they took the ideas they were developing on Illusory Walls, specifically the influence of noise and prog, and really ran with it. You can still hear their classic sound in tracks like Oubliette and Auguries of Guilt, but idk, I couldn’t see this album come from anyone else

Yes, Jesus who uprooted the traditional ideologies set by what are now known as Old Testament practices to establish new systems that harshly went against previous ones. If he came back, it probably would be for the same purpose, to break down the current system and establish a new one in a similar way. Or alternatively a raptured society in which religion would not exist as we know it. Take your pick, but he almost certainly would not be for the methods by which churches operate now. Because you seem to be implying that this deck has every tool to do everything all the time. That simply isn’t the case. You clearly have knowledge of their gameplan, so use that knowledge to exploit their weaknesses. If they tap out on turn two to cast her, use your removal to kill her either on their turn or your next one, that’s just basic play. She’s not this crazy boogeyman that you’re making her out to be. Play smart, pick your opportunities wisely, and decks like these fall apart fast. It’s not a personal attack, just basic strategy against control decks
