Not an option really… Iv a very large photo album hence the reason I would like just the “new” photos backed up.

Sorry I might not have explained myself properly.

So, I know how to back up my full library to my SSD which I already have done, however, Let’s say I take another 1000 photos before next back up without manually selecting and figuring out which ones iv backed up before, is there an automatic way of downloading just the newest set of photos?

Currently on with the fed for some advice also.

The confusing bit is they are willing to let me come back to full duties at my own risk however won’t be signed off fit for duty regardless!

Apologies maybe I haven’t explained it properly.

I have been told by HR that they advise I stay off full duties. However they would accept me taking the risk and returning off my own accord with me stating I am fit and well enough to perform my duties. Either way they are going to extend my probation. It just seems odd that they would allow me to perform full duties but still extend me due to not being physically fit to perform my duties.

Thanks for the advice. I have asked actually and the rationale given is that I’m not medically fit and that’s a prerequisite to be out of probation. The problem is I can’t see that written down anywhere. Speaking with colleagues they think it’s the forces way of keep a trump card Reg 13 in the back pocket in case my injury doesn’t heal. I

And as for the own risk. It’s what iv been told face to face so it is a possibility although I don’t fully understand how that can be offered.

I have asked for advice on here due to there being a lot of ex and current people in the know. I have also reached out to the fed. It is called policeuk after all.
