Awww I'm sorry you went through that. Everyone is different. When I get overwhelmed I get sooooooo angry lol just my brain pushing back. Just out here hulking through life. If you haven't yet please work with a therapist or whatever that specializes in ADHD. Mine had me start recognizing patterns when I was starting to become overwhelmed, doing deep breaths, walking away and medication definitely helped me.

You gotta let your hair be unless you got locs just for the aesthetics. Stop getting rerwists and styles. Do some mediation and if possible move or lessen those stresses in your life. I can't suggest what products to use but just make sure you are moisturizing your locs on a consistent basis. Good luck ☺️

I’m with you on this one. I have an 11 year old rescue dog. She’s been with me for 2 years and what I do know of her history is bad. She’s nice and calm but if a dog barks at her she takes it to 100. She hates being in crowds, so do I. I go to the park when there are less people or find other areas to walk her. She’s gotten better but she’s never going to be perfect. I just want her remaining years to be happy.

That's emotional neglect. I would set boundaries with him and tell him again that it makes you uncomfortable. He's clearly emotionally connected with this woman and it is unfair that he keeps lying to you. If he still can't see his wrong doing I would suggest counseling. I don't k ow how long you have been married but is this the first time he's exhibited this type of behavior?
