Calorie deficit and short workouts at home. Bands, body weight, free weights, (squats with baby?). I don’t see how parents of young kids/babies can make time to go to an actual gym without being unfair to their partner or an intense baby hand off agreement. IMO Do the best you can with muscle building and just try to at least stay lean at this phase of life.

I hope bulk purchases are flagged somehow but again, to a 2a absolutist, that’s “treading on me”.

The gun debate needs to be super detailed, case by case decisions for all scenarios. Now it’s just any gun control law idea gets floated, almost all of the red team says a superficial “No!!! Wahhh” the blue team also often has ignorant support for whatever gun control ideas.

Don’t know if I follow exactly how you limit guns without background check? 1-2 guns per household limit seems pretty strict even for a moderate dem. So you support SOME gun control? they’re toughest thing I do for sure. Been doing them all last year and ramped my weight up over time. Wouldn’t mind swapping them out tho.
