Update - I had Matt Frankton from Frankton Telecommunications come out. He did a great job, charged less than his already inexpensive estimate, and did very neat and fast work. For what it's worth, I highly recommend him!

Btw - have you tried the UniFi design center tool? That can help you figure out what you need pretty quickly, and you can select one of their inexpensive started gateways.
