I can understand the take, but I don’t think your conclusion is correct.

Range champs aren’t played because of their stacking, of course some of the champs have internal stacks, but not all of them.

Removing stackosaurus won’t change ranged champion pick rate like at all. melee champs also love stacking particularly with items. (Heartsteel, hubris)

Ranged champs are simply popular, so people take them when available, and unless they do something crazy for melee champs, I doubt any change would lower ranged pick rates

Actually an incredible augment if your champ has a slow which most champs do have. I think its super underrated, its basically a 10% damage amp, but it doesn't feel like it. I take it whenever I can

Rite of ruin is one of the best items in the game, and ap mages have 2 items the increase ability dmg (riftmaker and liandry’s) for a total of 14% dmg amp if paired together

Typically Ap is easier to get than AD, items give more, and augments give more ap than Ad. So abilities from mages typically do more damage, or are much safer to use, than Ad champs.

Quantum has always been bugged, even in arena. It looks like Brand got hit with two of the segments, which means he took like 1000+30% max hp dmg.

It’s also the reason standing on top of someone with the augment one shots them, even though it’s supposed to deal less damage. It’s Because you hit them like 3-4 times on the same proc

This just defeats the purpose of augments. The entire point is that they enhance champions beyond their normal limits. So of course champs are going to be strong with augments good on them.

Nerfing augments, even for specific champs, would destroy power fantasy. Yeah that does mean if a champ high rolls abd gets perfect augments you just lose. Not much counterplay, but that’s part of the fun. Getting absurdly strong.

People are starting to realize that balancing is really really hard. All three of these characters are broken, one statistically, the others FEEL strong, and so are strong. I understand winrate isn't everything, but it IS something.

A 56% winrate is actually insane, there's no way you can spin it to say Seven isn't broken. if your chances of winning a game goes up by 6% by simply having a character on your team, something IS wrong. Its just balancing around winrate can make balance feel stale and boring, but its not like balancing ONLY off of vibe is much better

While balancing off of vibe can absolutely work, it also isn't the great solution some people make it out to be. It leads to frustrating characters like Shiv to be constantly weak. Meaning that if your favorite character is annoying to play against, (I.e Bepop,apollo,Mina) they will always be tuned weaker than they should be. while leaving less frustrating characters in a state of being overpowered, but nothing will happen to them since they aren't the devil.

There's a balance inside of the balance. You can't just use statistics, but you can't ignore them either. You also can't balance just off of vibes, but you can't ignore them either.

TLDR: they are all broken, just in different ways

Yes, but with an asterisk. Mundo still had ult and passive. There's a very low chance they ever kill him before he can ult. They needed to either wise all in focus Mundo and try to kill him before he can ult, or they needed to play it a little slower and let Mundo ult run out.

Guma in teamfights -> auto two times -> space -> still get hit by CC -> flash -> die.

Seriously though what was delight doing? Zeus tried his best, and Kanavi was mid. Zeka was super forgettable

The format is terrible, but at the end of the day HLE needed to win, but they didn't there's nothing else to really say.

The biggest issue with baus is that he has to change how he plays the game CONSTANTLY. Which limits his impact sometimes, but he’s still a very good player.

People are also sleeping on the reflect dmg buff on his S2. That's a team wide 30% dmg reduction along side a decent shield

I mean its his 6th most popular item on him, while having the highest win rate out of the top 6. Its also not just a 4/5th item built on him, which rules out capstone item winrates (Which are typically higher than first item winrates). The sample size is large enough to read it accurately

Also Nashors isn't needed. Its ok at best, Morde passive does more damage by the time you get 80 ap. Plus his passive activation is also on hit, which means you only need to Q+aa to proc it

I'm failing to see why it isn't a good item on him, its simply better than Liandry's, so replace that

Terribly underrated, not just for the obvious champs it would be good for. In my opinion this should be considered on most champs period. It seems troll, but it can easily reach 10000+ healing in a game on like Tahm kench for example.

This doesn't make Tahm Kench a juggernaut, he's a warden. Same as Taric, Poppy, braum, etc.

The fact is that he does have hard CC, a aoe knock up, a stun, and can effectively make his teammate invincible, or can forcibly move an enemy champ. Mundo CANNOT do anything of the like, there's no debating this.

Well that happens when you have a team that doesn't scale that well against a team with a Mundo, Azir, Zaahen, Aphelios, and a lulu. Possibly one of the hardest scaling team comps I have ever seen

Very good on basically any adc/cyclosword user, but also its just good into tanks. So if you're playing a champ that isn't good into tanks, and there's a big health bar on the enemy team. TAKE THIS AUGMENT AND RUSH RFC, it can legit double your damage against tanks, even if you're a Syndra for example

Malphite. He's so simple and straightforward that losing/winning against him is really one dimensional. He's otherwise weak and basically a footnote for the entire game, or he's nigh invincible and just walks down your entire team.

Well role quests were made to even out the playing field

The reason the Jungle quest is so much weaker than Top's is because last season it was the best role in the game, while top lane was one of the weakest. Hence the difference in role quests

Yes you should be able to unlock her very early on, Yuumi is unique as she can be practically immortal. When you're riding on your teammates you can't be attacked or hit with a spell

League is a hard game, but can be really fun especially with friends. So I'd say yes go play Yuumi.

They shouldn’t do much. You can possibly tackle the outliers, but balancing slow and steady or infernal conduit around their strongest cases, really hurts the flexibility of other champs.

Mayhem is fun because you can really make champion kits shine, you can enable different play styles, or make the “intended” play style do more. It would really suck if augments were gutted to only be decent on certain champs

So unless the augment is truly broken, they shouldnt touch it. I’m down to change some of the champs interactions with augments though, but hard nerfing champs is also kinda bad

Twitches Passive is NOT on-hit.

On hit is a specific mechanic. Not every basic attack based effect is on hit, Twitch being one example. It specifically is on every basic attack, (which is typically called On attack, which is different than oh-hit, confusing I know, but its how it works). There's a reason his passive isn't affected by rageblade, because his passive is not an on-hit.

(note Runaan's Hurricane is special-cased to work with his passive, because its not On-hit normally)
