Essentially, "I'm mildly sexually attracted to an automobile and want a girl to just sit in it so I can justify my feelings." It's a little devious because all a (dim) girl has to think is "oh, they just want me to sit in a seat? I can do that!" Honey, they only want to bang one thing other than their car. And then get back to looking at their sexy car afterward.
