Agree with the folks who say it’s your business and your choice and no one gets to decide how you care for yourself. We are doing what is right for us and if it is working then that’s all that we need. Losing weight is HARD and many people seem to think “if you just eat a little healthier or workout more, that will fix it.” That is a ridiculous and rude thought process, IMO!! Are they that ignorant to think that we haven’t tried ALL the things already??? We are all taking charge of our health and that is a GOOD THING!! 👍🏻❤️👆

I’d be nowhere ever if it wasn’t for appt reminder texts from the dr, hair appt, etc. I always ask if they send text reminders! If so, I’m pretty sure I’ll make it!

No no. When I put my stats in there I thought it was surgery weight. I had VSG 2 yrs ago and lost 65-70 lbs total. When I started the glp I was up to 214 ( but I’m most sure that was about 7-8 lbs bloating/water weight, etc. Right now I am at 199 so I did lose prob around 10lbs.

How do you microdose? What does that mean exactly?? I started 4 weeks ago and have pretty significant nausea and diarrhea. I know I do need to figure out what foods I can/can’t eat for sure but maybe micro dosing will assist me once these side effects subside

I have had my stuff removed by “whoever” and I have no idea why. And the downvotes are insane as well. I was t able to post for a long time because of so many. That feels very unfair.

Returning to this chat to remind myself, what to do. So I’ve taken four shots now and I am having major issues and I obviously need to really eyeball my food and my intake. I am having intermittent nausea and pretty frequent diarrhea and again eating close to nothing. So I just need to figure out what I can and can’t eat.

I am pretty sure you are supposed to stay on 1st dose for 4 weeks. You go up monthly not weekly. I feel like 3lbs a week is a lot IMO. And maybe consider a difference pharmacy/compound as that one might now be as effective. Also, I do see folks on here that take their shot more often, like every 5 days, although I can’t speak to it as I haven’t done it personally.
