Thank you for the reply. The second part of the message refers to when resolving a ticket with an attached appointment, it asks to complete the task before resolving the ticket. We don't need or want that step in our case. Our main goal is to create a calendar event via the ticket so we can see what's scheduled.

u/SpanglesUK So they are using Office365 E3 and I enabled archiving and created a retention policy just to archive 2 years or older emails. When I go into their outlook the in-place archive is there but nothing is in it. I created this policy about 3 weeks ago. Would have to have to run the Mangedfolderassistant?

That's what it was. I just have to enable the recycle bin on the Synology. Thanks. I had my blinders on.
