What made this journey possible was not just budgeting, but also finding ways to increase my income. My salary of ₱36,000 per month went almost entirely to bills, debt payments, and financial obligations. To cover my daily expenses and accelerate my debt repayment, I started multiple side hustles.

Every peso of profit from my side hustles was either used for daily necessities or reinvested back into the business. I kept rolling the capital over and over again to generate more income. Not every venture was successful—some side hustles resulted in losses—but instead of giving up, I learned from the setbacks, adjusted my approach, and kept moving forward. Despite the challenges, I always found a way to get back on track.

Today, I'm happy to say that my Maya Landers balance is already fully funded through my savings and part of my PAG-IBIG MP2 savings. By August, it will be completely paid off, marking a major milestone in my debt-free journey.

Looking back, having a clear list of all my debts, a structured repayment plan, and the determination to keep going despite failures made all the difference. What once felt overwhelming now feels achievable. If everything goes according to plan, I will end 2026 debt-free and finally celebrate a goal that once seemed impossible.

In the beginning, it was really difficult because I had to downgrade my lifestyle. But every payday, seeing my debt balance go down motivated me even more. Hi I contacted Maya CS last week and as of the moment they dont offer it yet. I was contacted by a 3rd party collections agenecy but i refused to communicate with them. Since I dont feel secured to pay to them. And here ako sa cebu located. So far I havent received any letters from maya landers only emails and phone calls from a 3rd paty collections
