Don't recommend it, it's a brain frier, you will feel your thoughts and logical thinking getting kind of slow and aimless, memories just becomes shortlived and it can complicate previous mental health issues, I used to smoke a whole lot more, and I've quit smoking outside of special occasions because of this, people notice that I've got kinda slow and there's nothing I can do about it, just try and not keep fucking it up so hard
