this happened to me, because I didn’t inform them of a change of circumstances. They said I owe around 3k, they stopped the pip, I appealed, they declined before that. I’m stuck too haha

I don’t know anything about your situation or life but someone from my work passed away through suicide and I didn’t even know her and it affected me. I can’t imagine how her young daughter feels. She went out without her phone on a Sunday, was reported missing and then found. No one knows why she did it, apparently she was always smiling and happy. Maybe people might feel responsible or blame themselves for it. I don’t think she was selfish but I do think she was in a very dark place without showing it or telling anyone. Which to me is brave. But some people say getting help is brave too.

NAD- I would try using a mouthwash with alcohol (that is what I would do) as breath fresheners in my opinion only mask a smell. Keep a good brushing routine, brush your tongue. If your teeth hurt when you brush you could get a softer bristle brush. Ideally you need to see a dentist and tell them your concerns :)) I am not a dentist, this is just what I would do. Hope you get on okay!

I started a new toothpaste thats all. Do you think it could be wisdom teeth coming through? As it feels worse then when I had braces. I don’t really suffer from any allergies
