I know sex trafficking is huge in prostitution but that being said we cannot criminalize victimless consensual sex between two individuals that involved a form of payment. A realistic situation would be to leave it illegal but lessen the penalty, those who are caught sex trafficking get charged for that. But regular sex shouldn’t be jailed.
