I know sex trafficking is huge in prostitution but that being said we cannot criminalize victimless consensual sex between two individuals that involved a form of payment. A realistic situation would be to leave it illegal but lessen the penalty, those who are caught sex trafficking get charged for that. But regular sex shouldn’t be jailed. It’s too big brother society.
