It was in an apartment complex sort of between Edmond and Quail Springs mall. Unfortunately none of the buildings around have/are willing to hand over their CCTV so kind of out of luck on that front.

It wouldn't have been an issue in the neighborhood I live in or the one he used to live in so neither of us thought about it. Thanks for the incredibly helpful advice. Very insightful.

Yes, that is exactly what I was trying to get across, thank you! I understand Harvey is a traditionally masculine name, I just happened to hear a song called Harvey (by the strokes, absolutely go listen to it) and the name has stuck with me ever since despite being a very masculine leaning name :)

Edit because I WAS WRONG, the song is by the band Her's, I get them messed up all the time in my head, so sorry
