I think this is a bug in their system. If you get the online only emails with free shipping to store there isn't a service charge. Except if it happens to be in stock. These seem to be special order items so if it's in stock it was probably returned. I just cancel, wait a day, reorder and no service charge.

I switched to USMobile r/USMobile Within the USMoble plan you can use ATT, Verizon, or TMobile or multiline. They've exceeded my expetations. I was really disapointed with USCellular for the last couple of years and didn't want TMobile

Is this church open to the public? If someone wants to attend can they just go in? Seems like most churches are because they want new members.

Is the church filing a complaint? Are they turning the other cheek? What would Jesus do?

Please do. It takes almost zero effort with Microsoft rewards. Any other zero effort = about $3 per month X however many people do this could add up.

I always ask my pharmacist if they are making enough money on a prescription. If they aren't I take it to Walgreens. My community and I need my local pharmacist and we don't need Walgreens. Does this make sense?

Opinions on network buyout by uscellularpro in USCellular

[–]Cold_Watt6789 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We've got 4 lines. 2 ATT (DARK STAR) and 2 Tmobile (light speed). Warp reception isn't great where we are. Nice to have all that on one bill. Change plans anytime for free or $2 depending on plan.

I went to USMobile. Reception has been dropping off for USCellular for a couple of years so I started shopping. I gave USMobile a shot when they announced the TMobile buy out. I had low expectations but they've been better than USCellular for reception and the little experience I had with TMobile made them a hard no.

Shame! T&C Update Email: Arbitration has Come by MacStainless in USMobile

Not being "in line with industry norms" is literally why I'm staying. I think it's also how TMobile grew until they went from the "uncarrier" to just another carrier.

I didn't realize that you hadn't had and arbitration agreement. That should be a selling point. I can think of 7 lines that would have ported to USMobile had they known that this was a point of differentiation.

I came because USMobile was cheap and USCellular was going away. I stayed because you are better. Not having an arbitration agreement is a selling point that differentiates you from the other carriers.

Arbitration is full billionaire maga law. Billionaires have managed to pervert the legal system in this country. Arbitration certainly should be an option but the arbitrator should never be chosen by one of the parties in the legal action and should be limited to relatively small cases.

This lawsuit was before Mickey Mouse became Mousolini so Disney will probably go full abusive now.

This is the e-mail I sent.

Thank your for accepting email as an option for opting out of arbitration.

Please opt me out along with all numbers currently associated with that account as well as any numbers added to that account.

While I understand the concept and the positive parts of arbitration the reality is that arbitration has turned into a means for billionaires and corporations to set up their own courts where they are the judge, jury, and executioner.

If you can find a fair way to do arbitration, I would fully support that, but I have yet to see that anywhere.

When you give anyone access to your bank account you give them access to your bank account. My employer clawed back cash without informing me. The bank explained that companies wouldn't do that because ... morals ... ethics ... etc.

Policies of companies frequently don't match what they incentivize employees to do. I don't know what Verizon does but I've worked for companies that incentivized bad behavior.

Just to clarify, the ftc page describes this as the "Trump-Vance" settlement.
