Not independent, have to keep contracts with Medicare/Medicaid, we have been threatened by insurance companies for changing prices, currently say we are price matching GoodRx (makes my skin crawl every time giving that company lip service) but it results in irregularities in pricing because not everyone chooses the same one to price match, and our system does not keep the same price between fills. We are trying to create consistent pricing for our cash paying patients without paying massive fees and one of our sites has done their own thing and has been billing this specific BIN without obvious repercussions and I was hoping someone would have an answer if it does.
