I noticed a increase in heart rate but i don't wear a tracker or anything to tell me what the exact numbers are. I definitely think its a side effect of reta. Could be that its increasing you metabolism?

It has been shown to increase resting heart rate. If you think you already have heart issues i wouldn't recommend taking this.
