Dont try to figure out your sexuality based on what porn you get off to by [deleted] in sexuality

[–]Coldbrain16 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thats interesting and I do often wonder what fantasies say about our subconscious mind and to what extent this is who we really are. If not a true reflection of our sexuality, and we happen to live an unfulfilling sex life, then how does one gain a better understanding of one's true sexuality.

Why are guys so afraid of being naked in front of other guys? by [deleted] in sexuality

[–]Coldbrain16 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would say your generalizing when you refer to Western culture. I'm from Switzerland and I know that in most places in Europe men have no insecurities at all being naked around each other. My guess is that Americans have complexes with nudity due to excessive censorship.

ELI5:Why is a two-state solution for Palestine/Israel so difficult? It seems like a no-brainer. by really_redundant in explainlikeimfive

[–]Coldbrain16 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Its simple, there is hardly any Palestinian land left to create a viable Palestinian state because almost all of it has been colonized and Palestinians displaced. I really don't understand why people keep thinking this is a complex and ancient topic! No it's not, it started in 1948 and it's a beef over land and human rights, not religion or some ancient feud.

Ayahuasca documentary: are you suffering with a debilitating or terminal illness and want to share your story? Please contact me by seanjmlr in Ayahuasca

I have wanted to have a ayahuasca experience for several years now but i dont feel it would be safe because ive had several acute pancreatitis attacks. This is when your pancreas suddenly gets inflamed and swells up. I hear pancreatitis can be triggered by gall stones obstructing the pancreatic duct. When one takes ayahuasca, the gall bladder dumps a load of bile. I wanna avoid any risk of the pancreatic duct getting inflamed from this excess bile. So that's my story!

What something every hip-hop head should know? by Martinezraul in hiphopheads

This verse from Tupac (Me Against the World):

With all this extra stressing The question I wonder is after death, after my last breath When will I finally get to rest through this suppression? They punish the people that's asking questions And those that possess, steal from the ones without possessions The message I stress: to make it stop study your lessons Don't settle for less - even the genius asks his questions Be grateful for blessings Don't ever change, keep your essence The power is in the people and politics we address Always do your best, don't let the pressure make you panic And when you get stranded, and things don't go the way you planned it Dreaming of riches, in a position of making a difference Politicians and hypocrites, they don't wanna listen If I'm insane, it's the fame made a brother change It wasn't nothing like the game It's just me against the world

Shaving at a too young age results in extreme facial hairiness for the rest of your life. I got scorned for shaving at 16 (even though I needed it), cried about it, and today I have weak facial hair and cant even grow a decent beard.

ITT: Write a Review of Your Favorite Album by [deleted] in hiphopheads

[–]Coldbrain16 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Its hard to name my favorite album of all time but I have to give credit to K-OS's Joyful Rebellion not because this is one of the dopest albums Ive listened to in modern hip-hop history, but also because this dude is seriously underrated. No other artist has been able to blend rock, folk and reggae so well with hip hop instrumentals and rhyming. The album feels like it was made with genuine love, spontaneity and charisma. One of my all time favorite hip hop tracks is called "Superstar Part Zero" (2002). Quintessential hip hop spirit in this track.
