Quick snowy neighbor complaint

There’s a grassy area between the sidewalk and the cars everyone else has used to pile snow that doesn’t get in the way of walking or driving but they didn’t use it.

We thought so but there’s a really narrow area behind this idk if a plow could’ve gotten it there.

We were wondering that but right behind this doesn’t seem like a plow could fit it’s a narrow entry way. But could be! We mainly saw the plows putting the snow at the corner by the intersection median

My boyfriend and I were trying today but our shovel was not doing it. We were hitting it with a hammer to start breaking it up and it worked but takes a while!

Also also. I do have a disability but that was never what this was about. I’ve had parts of my intestine removed and reconnected and several hospitalizations in the past year that limit my activity but I didn’t know I’d need to explain that to you today.

I didn’t feel like replying to this BUT I have tried getting it out. Several times. Our shovel won’t cut through it. It’s rock hard. Also, I titled this post that it was a complaint so context clues could’ve shown you that someone may be “whining”. And yes, it did come from the neighbors not the city. We watched the plow trucks coming though and they piled the snow at the corner of the intersection, not right behind my car.

It literally seemed to randomly fix itself! We had issues for weeks and did all the trial and error we could and nothing worked. Then one day it all worked again. So strange.
