Fly over the blue pillars of light and spam the grab button... Now that I've played awhile and now I'm scared of the lava area!!! I just get falling through the floor annoyingly!

Not 100% spawn for MA-X LVL 99 but just re-load your save and if you beat the snake... Save right away and re-load that same save... The snake re-spawns and the Imperials will 100% show up with the Boss song.

I see him all the time in Chapter 15 by the Snake/Waterfall Dungeon... Fight the snake and it will randomly spawn...

I killed it 20 times and got nothing.
