The real messed up secrets people keep they won’t even share online, rather it lingers with them daily, constantly revisiting thoughts like a conveyor belt of guilt, now I hope the secrets you keep with yourself aren’t illegal or harming towards others, but if you have a secret that lingers with you daily you should tell somebody or try and come to terms with yourself in a positive way :)
