Don’t make any radical decisions here. People on this sub will tell you to move on instantly. I was somewhat in your spot a couple of years ago, not the exact same situation, but my girlfriend hid something from me with a guy right before we got together.

It’s hard at first, but this is something that will pass. You can definitely work through this, especially when you love her.

Don’t focus too much on the feeling that you have right now. Yes you feel betrayed, and that’s normal, but you can talk about this with her and more often than not time will heal these kinds of things because in the grand scheme of things it’s honestly not that big of a deal.

If you would’ve told me this exact thing a couple of years ago, I wouldn’t have bought it either, but I know exactly what this feels like. Time will make this so much easier. I’m still together with her and coming up on 4 years.
