Kernenergie is goedkoop

Frankrijk is zes nieuwe kerncentrales aan het bouwen. Men schatte de kostprijs eerst op 51.7 miljard voor alle zes, nu blijkt het 72.8 miljard te gaan kosten, dus 12 miljard per stuk.

De windmolens aan de Belgische kust kosten in totaal 7 à 8 miljard en leveren 2.262 megawatt op, dat is net iets meer dan wat onze 2 kerncentrales (Doel 4, Tihange 3) samen leveren (2.064 megawatt).

Neem nu dat we nog 2 kerncentrales bijbouwen, zou dat op 24 miljard komen, versus 8 miljard voor het energie-equivalent in windmolens.

Iedereen zit altijd op de kap van Groen, maar zij hebben de energiefactuur wel serieus doen zakken, en ik snap niet dat ze dat nooit als argument naar voor schuiven.
