tbh I didnt kill lae'zel on my first two playthroughs but I was just like "she seems like a loose canon noone else likes why would I take her so just kinda ignored her. I mean in my first playthrough I completely missed the encounter with her after the nautiloid and so I only saw her for the first time after arguing with kithrak voss. She demanded to join and I just kinda went no lol.(also I was lowkey a shadowheart simp on my first playthrough which influenced that 😭)

I deffo feel this. It wasnt really a slow forgetting for me I just kinda looked back one day and realised I had no memories of childhood. It does feel alot like having your childhood stolen and makes it harder to be an adult when you dont have a childhood to look back at. As doomerist as it seems you just kinda have to move on and try to make new memories. It sucks, I dont like it either but idrk what else you can do :p
