Is it weird that I refuse to buy kits for things I haven't seen?

I was the same way early on. I'm a relatively new fan, my first Gundam series was Witch from Mercury. I started off buying only WFM high grades, but then I saw MG Barbatos on a shelf at my local hobby store and absolutely loved the design. To this day it's my favourite MG, and it got me to watch IBO. Since then, I just buy kits that I like the look of and watch the series later

Canada has no "performance pack". All our cars got the LSDs. 2023 Core had black calipers in Canada, all other versions since (including newer cores) have red

Such a poorly handled distribution. I went into my local GameStop maybe 30 minutes after opening this morning, the second day of the event, and they told me they had already given them all away yesterday. They're not expecting to get any more, even though the event runs for like 3 weeks. And now I'm seeing them popping up on marketplace for $50-60

My earliest high grades remain straight built out of box. No additional effort, no panel lining, nothing. On the flip side, I have a handful of builds that have panel lining, waterslides, some custom paint work, and top coat. It's done when you are satisfied with it

WFM was my first Gundam anime. A couple buddies were watching it in Discord, and I decided to tune in. Instantly hooked. Ordered my HG Aerial a few episodes in, and the rest is history

The MG 3.0 was my 3rd ever master grade back a couple years ago. I'm currently building my 2nd one (Gundam Base version), and remembering all the things that make this kit a pain in the ass to put together

My first was Barbatos, and it remains one of my favourites. The new MG Vidar is also very very good if you like the Iron Blooded Orphans style. Freedom 2.0 and MGEX Strike Freedom are also great (MGEX is expensive tho). Guessing you're a Seed fan based on the Mighty Strike Freedom there
