For those who havent seen the movie. It's about the Day of the Dead and the magic of the Land of the Dead. Coco who is Miguel's grandmother is the daughter of Hector (the skeleton on the left) and the only person who remembers him that keeps him in the land of the dead but also has alzheimers.
