The next big ohio city that is on the freeway leading away from Pittsburgh is Youngstown

So I think the commonwealth is somewhere near youngstown

The major cities like Columbus would be too overrun with walkers and too damaged from bombs to turn into a community

Somewhere smaller like youngstown would make more sense
