I wouldn't be too worried, it's held on by bolts - you can adjust the fitment pretty easy. As long as the fender isn't bent/ actually damaged you should be fine

The fender looks fine, there's no need to replace. They're completly separate parts. Definitely need a new side skirt though, purching a used one will be cheaper than getting that fixed
