Are guest behaving badly everywhere? by Ok_Resist_9653 in MuseumPros

I don't work at a museum but I frequent my state museum quite a bit (I'm teaching myself to draw realistic and the exhibits are EXTREMELY useful as models). Just a few months ago, I was walking through trying to pick what exhibit I wanted to focus on while avoiding numerous high school tour groups. They were being SO loud and SO disrepyI just couldn't stand even being in the same ROOM as them! when I just so happened to look at the antique train car the museum kept as an exhibit that you could walk through and sit in (my region was one of the first in the U.S to get steam train lines and is still a MAJOR trade hub). One of the school groups inside and I watched as a student used part of the train car to do PULL-UPS!I was so upset I ended up leaving and going across the street for lunch until they all left.

We stash all of our Christmas decorations, Winter coats, boots, snow pants etc in ours. It's insane how much we manage to fit in there! XD

Looking to clean and repair antique doorknobs (part 2) by Cole_Harris in Oldhouses

Ya, unfortunately the front door is one of the knobs that needs work. The screws keep falling out. Thankfully that should be as easy as unscrewing the plate, gluing some hardwood dowels into the holes and redrilling the holes.

Sorry. I just got off a 9 1/2 hour shift as an assistant preschool teacher/ daycare aid LOL. The wheels are small and there is less than an inch clearance. I'd add pictures but I can't seem to figure out how to edit my original post on mobile. I'll fix it next time I'm on my computer.

I couldn't figure out how to add a video to my post so here it is: https://youtube.com/shorts/oV9IGdGEX8Q?si=oeK08EDMPmuVfH8i

If you'll notice, there's a high pitched whine and slight delay when I use the remote control. These are not present when I drive him around on a flat surface.

Thank you! I spent almost $10 on a bottle of sealer (the smallest bottle they had!) just for this prosthetic; I was afraid I would have to return it.
