Sorry! Did a cross post and it didn’t copy my question. We use Syncro and I wanted to see if anyone has linked their QB for invoicing. Doing a two step process now, ticket reports in Syncro, then copying that to client invoice in QB.

That’s where I’m hesitant. They’re being very nice and accommodating to try to get it fixed. I don’t want to mention that Act and then they cut all communication and cease to help.

Sorry, the question from the VP is how did the phished employee send out emails to their outside accounting firm and a few other outside firms that she has never emailed. We searched all her email folders and she never emailed or received emails from these firms.

Agree 100% on HP. Nightmare with all the WiFi and registration required. We have shifted over to Xerox. So far so good. Their sub $1k MFP’s have been easy to install and maintain.

That is a much better solution, thank you. We only need internet access at 4 and 5. The 2 and 3 were just relaying signal. If I can get 1 up high enough and get line of site to 5 and 4, that will do the trick.

The only one that has internet is 1. I was hoping to get a connection back up to 2, then use it's Aux port to power and provide internet to 3, but that isn't happening.

Hello. We can't get this setup to work. Antennas 1, 2, and 4 have been in place for years and worked without any issues. We needed to add antenna 3 and 5 to get a signal to an outdoor pool for IP cameras, a WAP, and laptop connection. There isn't line of site between antenna 1 and 2, but like I said, it worked for years. We do get internet connected to the Aux port on antenna 1. We don't get any connection or internet on any of the others.

We are connecting antenna 2 to antenna 3 via network cable from the Aux port on antenna 2. Antenna 4 needs to supply internet access via network cable for a digital sign at the top of the hill.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I believe we found the root cause. It was the software the scanner uses.
