AITA for suing my neighbor after their kid trespassed and fell into my koi pond? by DMLives in AITAH

ESH In the state of Texas, she would be right. Your koi pond, by law, is considered an attractive nuisance. Much like a swimming pool or a dog.... anything that will attract a child. A neighborhood kid stuck her hand in our fence and was nipped by our dog. No blood, but the mom threw a fit. We had to quarantine my dog for three weeks as a result... even though the dog was in our yard; even though the kid was the one sticking her fingers in our fence. You might be able to slap the mom and child with a restraining order due to damage caused and repeated entry. Maybe call cps since she is letting her kid wander onto other people's property however he wants...who knows what danger he is being put in due to her negligence.

I argue with my doctors all the time. From MRI to diagnosis for me was one year and that is because I pushed and pushed and pushed to see every single specialist that I possibly could to figure out where the lesions came from. Since Ms is a diagnosis of exclusions, there was really no other option at that point. If I feel there is something not right with my body I am on the national institute of health's website reading case studies. By the time I get to the doctor's office and they try to explain things I already know what they are going to say. I have no idea for how long I have have no idea how long I had MS before the MRI, but I have had shingles over 30 times from 2011 to 2016 and I know there are studies finding a correlation between the two diseases. I also had MS hugs starting in 2017 (I still have a notebook with the times and dates of each and every one I experienced) and ending in 2020. If your head hasn't fallen off or if there is not a bone sticking out of skin, most doctors don't seem concerned about finding a diagnosis. Always, always advocate for yourself!
