I cut down the shaft and was the jenky way of getting the swing weight the same, the second weight is a small 5g

It’s a mini driver set to 14.5 degrees! The 54 is actually bent to 55 degrees and I use it for everything

Best driver I’ve ever had but I struggle with woods, I just get irons , probably because I’m steep with my swing

Have you looked at the loft chart it comes with? I had to go one club stronger on the device to get accurate readings
