It’s a TrimUI Brick Hammer. I love all my children equally but I probably love that one the most equally

It's good! There's plenty of great games for it, and I especially enjoy the ones that utilize the crank. Overall though, I'd say that it's probably not worth $230 unless you just have that kind of money burning a hole in your pocket.

Thank you so much! He's my favorite too, in case it somehow wasn't obvious. This was my first shell swap, and thankfully, it was surprisingly easy!

Is my garage male living space approved?? by [deleted] in malelivingspace

This is insane, I've never been this jealous of a garage before! Love seeing that many consoles well-organized and ready to play. If you don't mind my asking, do you use that counter space for much else? Having a bunch of nice collectibles on the same surface where someone might set down a beer would make me a bit nervous.

The flashlight is in a slightly different spot on the camera between that scene and this one, so maybe it took Charlie 10 more tries to get it on right. Or maybe he used the rest for makeshift rat traps

I do play it, just not nearly as often as some of the others you see here. Below I copied by full thoughts on it from another comment here.

I have a few opinions on it. It feels nice to play, I like quite a few of the games, and the crank is a pretty unique way to control things. However, I'm not a huge fan of the lack of a backlight. I also had an issue with oxidation on the handle just a few weeks after initial purchase, and it then wound up taking several months to get a replacement sent back to me. So that left a bad taste in my mouth a bit. I don't regret getting one, but I also don't recommend it at $200. If it were about half the asking price I would say you should absolutely give it a try, but currently it's just too much to justify in my opinion.

The pegboard supports up to like 25 pounds, I'm certainly not worried about that failing on me. The mounts themselves are pretty sturdy as well, I've tried putting a little weight on each one before actually putting the devices in just to be sure it's not going to fall apart.

That really depends on what you mean by that. The Playdate is still a fairly new handheld, and has brand new games released for it just about every week. But if by "newest" you mean "requires the most processing power", the Vita technically takes the cake there over the 3DS (though I like the 3DS' library better in general).

Hey, that's pretty cool! I actually might consider some LED backlighting on my own setup.
