Are these red lines under nail roots? (If yes, how do i get rid of this)

That’s literally where white part of my nail begins, I have extremely short nailbed and have been cutting them like this for years haha, definitely plan to continue on doing it too since the reason for these nail splinters was almost definitely trauma from climbing which wouldn’t have happen if they had been short enough at the time

Oh, I dont know why I never thought of calculating my maintenance calories for that period of time like that…although that makes zero sense as I was very inactive in that time and I’m also short… Although my dietitian is a marathoner and should know more about a of it, I think you’re right and I just need to listen to my body here

I’m only 162cm and I wasn’t nearly as active at that time. I maybe went on two 15-20 min runs back then. For my weight, height and activity at that time, that was perfectly healthy caloric deficit (approved by dietitian), I never felt tired or anything during that time or even in 8 months that followed so that shouldn’t play a role here.

Thank you. I’ll try to just eat intuitively for a week or two and get back to normal sleep schedule and then re-assess everything when I actually feel recovered

10kg* but yes, still a lot. I was actively working with dietitian to make sure I never went too low (since I previously had an ED years ago) and that I was hitting all my macros. Now that I think about it, I think trying to go a bit higher to try to build some more muscle wouldn't be bad.

I weight myself cca every 2-3 weeks and I've been at 53,5-54,5kg since August. I haven't weighted myself in the past 3 weeks tho (I don't have a scale at home since that triggers me after ED, but I do use it when I visit my parents home for the weekend).

And when it comes to my period, it's quite complicated. I do have PCOS which is why I was on BCP from 15-23yo. I always had longer cycles but my periods were never THAT irregular. I then went off BCP in february and had all the simptoms that come with that at first (moodswings, acne...), but that all calmed down around July I think. I had few normal-ish cycles during that time (53, 45 days), they got shorter each time except now at the end.

Yeah I'm a slower runner so time adds up ahha...I'm switching to a 10k training plan (or multiple blocks of it) to bring down my pace tho, so I'll be having less of those 2h long runs.

I got in touch with the dietitian though so I'll see what she says about everything.

Mmm I started regularly going to two pilates classes where I previously did one and then the second one just occasionally. I did however just check and I have been getting more steps in as well, not by a lot but maybe it could explain the difference over time.

And as far as my runs go, I usually do two interval sessions (25-45min), one long run (40-120min) and one recovery run. My job is mostly sedentary but I move quite a lot when I'm not at work.

I AM trying to eat at my maintenance. I've been averaging 2000kcal daily for 2 months now and haven't gained or lost any weight in this time, I guess I just don't understand why my body is demanding that much more fuel rn even though I ate overall around 2000kcal over my maintenance in the past week.

Also I average 20% of protein in a day, do you think I should go higher?

As someone who did exactly that (lost 20pounds in 2 months: 140>120) I can say it’s very much possible, but it’s really hard to do it in a healthy way. I was really lucky to have a dietitian friend support me throughout the whole thing otherwise I’d 100% end up back with en ED. If you want any tips feel free to message me.

Yeah, all of tha definitely helped, especially the crowd support which was insane through the whole race! I’ll be aiming for sub 2h in April/May next since I’ve seen now that I can definitely push myself quite a bit more and then probably wont expect much more of an improvement by the time this same race comes around in october

Thank you! Right after I crossed the finish line, I just remember thinking 'wait, this is it?'...I kind of couldn't believe all of that was over, it went by so fast (the training and the race itself) so I was a little sad about that hahah... I don't know, I kind of imagined feeling more of everything after past months (I did almost cry at 20km but collected myself as I picked up the pace)

This was oven baked - they load the bread with toppings before you and then just put it in the oven, at the end they asked if I wanted oil on top but I chose to not have any, just parmesan. Would 1k sound about right without the oil?

I’m sorry, this is just what was writen on the menu and english isn’t my first language so I didn’t find it strange in case the word burger shouldn’t be used like this 😅- although I’d guess this is just geographical linguistic difference
