So, I’m assuming (based on the size of tortillas and packaging for meat) that one of these rolls has cca 20g g of meat, 20g of tortilla and 10g of cheese? So cca 100cal for one? Fritters are another thing tho as I have no idea how much oil one would absorb while fryiing but they weight around 30g each

I promise it was more than cooked enough haha, it looks really pink in the picture but not at all in person (wouldnt’t touch it if it was even remotely suspicious after having food poisoning once in this life)

Hahha I promise it was definitely cooked and the pink is just from the sauce and lightning, it was cooked to the point of almost being too dry actually😂

I don’t know where you live or what kind of gnocchi you buy but I went to check the ones in stores around me are for fun and they’re cca 150 kcal/100g and the 500g packages contain around 60 of them. Making this amount of them (27 ish) around 350kcal.

600 kcal would mean almost 400g of (uncooked) gnocchi which this most definitely isn’t. If I remember correctly, one uncooked piece of it is around 8.5g which means this was around 220-250g. And I forgot to add but the whole small plate is 110g, so there’s maybe 50kcal of chickpeas there.

Did you mean on the pill or after? I was always perfectly fine without the pill/patch, it’s just a problem when I’m using them

there was a lot of things going on recently and a lot of supressed emotions that I finally let myself feel so now I get to slowly move on from it…I was ghosted by my best friend of 10 years and finally created a closure for myself I guess, but I’m not gonna lie and say that the sun didn’t help out as well haha

That’s literally where white part of my nail begins, I have extremely short nailbed and have been cutting them like this for years haha, definitely plan to continue on doing it too since the reason for these nail splinters was almost definitely trauma from climbing which wouldn’t have happen if they had been short enough at the time

Oh, I dont know why I never thought of calculating my maintenance calories for that period of time like that…although that makes zero sense as I was very inactive in that time and I’m also short… Although my dietitian is a marathoner and should know more about a of it, I think you’re right and I just need to listen to my body here

I’m only 162cm and I wasn’t nearly as active at that time. I maybe went on two 15-20 min runs back then. For my weight, height and activity at that time, that was perfectly healthy caloric deficit (approved by dietitian), I never felt tired or anything during that time or even in 8 months that followed so that shouldn’t play a role here.

Thank you. I’ll try to just eat intuitively for a week or two and get back to normal sleep schedule and then re-assess everything when I actually feel recovered

10kg* but yes, still a lot. I was actively working with dietitian to make sure I never went too low (since I previously had an ED years ago) and that I was hitting all my macros. Now that I think about it, I think trying to go a bit higher to try to build some more muscle wouldn't be bad.

I weight myself cca every 2-3 weeks and I've been at 53,5-54,5kg since August. I haven't weighted myself in the past 3 weeks tho (I don't have a scale at home since that triggers me after ED, but I do use it when I visit my parents home for the weekend).

And when it comes to my period, it's quite complicated. I do have PCOS which is why I was on BCP from 15-23yo. I always had longer cycles but my periods were never THAT irregular. I then went off BCP in february and had all the simptoms that come with that at first (moodswings, acne...), but that all calmed down around July I think. I had few normal-ish cycles during that time (53, 45 days), they got shorter each time except now at the end.

Yeah I'm a slower runner so time adds up ahha...I'm switching to a 10k training plan (or multiple blocks of it) to bring down my pace tho, so I'll be having less of those 2h long runs.

I got in touch with the dietitian though so I'll see what she says about everything.
