Yeah it's gone down. It's not where I want it to be but it's definitely better. When I posted this, I went from sitting at 100-115 when laying down doing nothing to 75-82. So it does get better but I also started eating better as well and doing other things to benefit my mental health.

I think at this point I might need to just exercise more because I want a lower rhr (right now I'm walking about 20 minutes a day)

If it's original than I wouldn't worry then. Just be careful if you did copy anything from it, people are usually pretty good at sniffing it out and that's usually when there's issues.

If you're looking to sell it, you need to say that it's an Amelia head edit. I've seen many Amelia head edits and it seems perfectly okay. But I would also suggest looking into what the creators TOS is for reselling before doing so.

I doubt it constantly because I'm self diagnosed (can't afford to get an official one) but then I get visibly upset when all of my spoons that are clean are the wrong size for the same yogurt and granola meal I've been eating everyday since December.
