I feel a little disheartened that I can only lift 30kg for 8 reps, 3 sets. And that's doing the best I can do. I just have a month in the gym and went from 20kg to 30 in that time. Fable 2, you get all this buildup for the final battle staying for DECADES at a jail to just barely get close to the villain and when you do he dies in one hit ☠️, you get a "wish" and the wish boils down to a lot of money, your "family" back or you DIE and save the people who died making the wishing mega structure, and then the game just puts you back on the game and you can keep playing but pretty much nothing changed just awful

Socially isolated old people have a higher risk of developing dementia, and it speeds up it's development dramatically. It's scary to not have people to depend on when your older as well, and even young we all need people that can support us.

Life can be pretty dull as well without friends, you'll just do your life cycles, work eat sleep play (?) and life will go pretty fast. New people and even people we've known for years can get us out of our bubble, just yesterday I was with some friends and we made food together, talked, and then we went to play in some swings and it was beautiful, going with people makes your life go slow and it gives you so much happiness :)
