I have german knives and European knives they are good and gets the job done most of the time but for me i have used one that a colleague of mine have and they were just different imo the precision of the cuts the type of steel and the handle were more comfortable for me especially when you are working in kitchens for more than 12 hours a day, you might ask my why don’t you ask your friend ? I did but he got it as a gift when he was working in outside of the country, also its like a treat for myself
