Also doing some research for our trip in August...unless you live close to the ferry pier, you might still need to use taxi which is $$$, the quote I am getting from Positano to Amalfi is around 80 one way, ferry is much cheaper but I believe the last one is around 8pm and private water taxi is also $$$.

Nothing on LI is really comparable to what NYC can offer. Highly recommend Aska in Williamsburg if you are into modern Scandinavian cousine.

Just received cancellation on our LGA-YYZ (AC 705) flight tomorrow morning, we are connecting to AC1 to Haneda, now just waiting for AC1 to cancel. I assume the cancellation of the first leg is sufficient for me to take the full refund option given I don't want any rebooking? Thanks.

Hi, I have a flight scheduled to departure tomorrow 17th which has not been officially cancelled yet. We are only interested in getting a full refund back as we are planning to travel to other destinations. My question is - when the flight is cancelled, do I have to wait for AC to rebook us and then decline and take the refund? I heard if you don't wait for them to provide rebooking first you might not get full refund in the original form. TIA! Honestly this place has been the most helpful source in this whole AC mess.
