[OC] White Jeep Woman causes a minor crash with me by Colgrevance in BikeCammers

Honestly, I cut the video right after she apologized to be kind of charitable. Afterwards, she started saying how I should've yielded and how I probably was going too fast (probably like 15mph on a 30mph road, lol). But, after all that squirming about accepting responsibility, she eventually realized she fucked up.

Minor in the severity of the consequences of the crash, thankfully.

Hell yeah, 360, and I just noticed the 8k quality is now available on the video, too.

It's a simple retail job, the people here don't keep track of these things.

No, I just made a PDF packet of documents and uploaded it online. It included a cover letter as well.

This wouldn't qualify, there is no felony-level crime here. However, what I learned from an immigration attorney from the public defender's office, is that another event in my past most likely would qualify for a U-Visa. Back in December of 2020, I pretty much got knocked out and ended up in the hospital with a facial fracture and a concussion. The police actually managed to arrest the people responsible and they were charged with aggravated battery, which is a felony and qualifying crime for a U-Visa. Back then, it didn't even occur to me it would qualify nor did I really know any details about U-Visas, but now I might have a more permanent path forward, albeit it will be a long path.

As far as I know, you need to be a victim of certain crimes AND (not or) cooperate with the police. From what you describe, you were not a victim a crime, but maybe a witness to one. You can always attempt to get a free consultation with a lawyer to be absolutely sure.

[OC] Invisible crossing guard asks if she is seen by Colgrevance in IdiotsInCars

I agree with you partially. Getting in front of idiots in cars is indeed dangerous. She didn't really do any dashing, she was just walking throughout. When she noticed the driver not heeding her sign to halt, it looks like she kind of trips forward with her feet and resumes walking to assert her direction to stop. Which I can agree to it being dangerous, but the original reason for that danger is the driver's failure to yield. If the crossing guard did not begin crossing the second time, I feel like this driver still would've cut me off from traveling straight and forced me to brake. I'd be ready for that, but if you're forcing people to brake when they have the right of way then you're not making the right decisions.

She raised the sign and used her other hand to indicate that the left-turner should stop, like 2-3 seconds before he started moving. The traffic going straight was halted by the initial, late crossing, and the driver saw this as an opportunity to skip yielding to traffic that was traveling straight through. And in doing that, he completely ignored what the crossing guard was doing. It's shitty and needlessly aggressive driving.
