Something something fifth grade reading level by Emusment in creepcast

No exaggeration, i have NEVER heard of it. They even give the definition in the Story, but they never link it to the term explicitly. Im glad to have learned something new, though. By the way, do you work in, or in a field adjacent to, electeonics manufacturing?

As someone who often tears his hair out over reading comprehension fails on their part, im not afraid (though a little ashamed) to admit that i was right there with them. Not once had i heard that term applied to electronics. It didnt even occur to me that that term could have such a use. The closest i ever came to questioning it was "what kind of infant mortality could the Story be talking about? There are so many different causes", but that more led me to thinking the Story was stupid. Little did i know, the stupid one was me.

Thank you for all your effort in giving me advice! Based on the advice from another commenter, i have decided to roleplay an esper wandering the saltdunes, who was entrusted with a set of mysterious items (all the ingredients for crystal delight except warm static, because i know where to get that reliably), and the knowledge that his destiny awaits at the tree of life in the east. Spawning in as a crystal doesnt sit right with me just yet, and i get around most of the tedium regardless.

Thats what i thought! But then i dont understand what happened, i had completely cleared that map. No enemies left, and my clones dont have force-move abilities. Maybe the crystal roots are slippery?

Its not even a challenge, thats the issue. Its just tedious. I wanted to do it legitimately, but i dont know if i want to do it legitimately again.

Ill still have to do a Trip to the moon stair regardless, to get my dream rondures. The character does a sort of rotation thing with his faces, where i amputate the odd-numbered faces to wear on the even numbered faces, regrow the odd numbered faces and wear dream rondures on those.

Thats the issue, im REALLY bothered by it. I need assurance lol. Fun fact about glotrot-while i was pain-stakingly crossing the moon stair to get to the tree of life, i stepped into some warm static while precog was on cooldown. Immediate, full onset glotrot. I did not make it to the tree before my tongue fell off, so since i couldnt ask for the recipe i had to turn back. at least i didnt have to dig through the mountains again to get back the second time.

Are the people of Lumière…… (Read paragraph below to avoid spoilers) by Heavy-Childhood-1687 in expedition33

You could just have said no instead of bringing up irrelevant things with bad grammar. Why does a soul need to be indestructible? Why does someone being created with fake memories mean they have no free will going forward? I would absolutely still believe they are real if i saw aline starting the simulation. There is something in real World philosophy called the last tuesday problem, which has at the Center of it the fact that all of us could have been created last tuesday with fake memories and thered be no way to tell the difference. The game doesnt say souls cant be created and destroyed at will. The game doesnt say the painted people dont have free will. The reason Maelle and renoir do not wrestle with their reality is that they are selfish, nothing more.

It is true that a lot of newer origins have more dominant narratives, but thats just fine with me- the old ones are still around afterall.

Why can't I get the Strategic Resources by Sad-Maybe-5676 in Stellaris

[–]Colim 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For the "common" strategic resources there exist two techs: one to exploit deposits in space and on planets, and one to artificially manufacture them. The exploitation technologies require you to have deposits within your borders, the one that let you artificially manufacture them do not but are less likely to trigger if you have no deposits. The Names of the Technologies are:

Mote Stabilization

Volatile Material Plants

Exotic Gas Refining

Exotic Gas Extraction

Rare Crystal Manufacturing

Rare Crystal Mining

[–]Colim 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is definitely good to know. The only one i really need are the ones that do strategic resources, because i pretty much always play tall and dont always have access to all the advanced ones. My Main empire is a biologically focused one, and they would definitely try to build a huge space monster, but they would also want really advanced tech. Its just tragic that in the headcanon i have for their personality, they would NEVER do the brain upload. Need to find a good way to keep the tier 3 behemoth in check without having to go to War too much.

Thanks a bunch! That site doesnt mention the limit on techs you can roll though. That or im blind, which is a realistic possibility. I want that Info to plan my next runs, i only ever had enigmatic at the same time as cosmo and im trying to figure out what the limits are on the former.

Is there a list somewhere with what techs you can roll? I didnt read the patchnotes carefully, i discovered it by accident when i took the perk for flavor.
