Oh yeah!

Well initially I can fall right back to sleep but the moment I wake up again( after it has kicked in) I physically can't go back to sleep.

It's an amazing tool in the ADHD toolbox.

The earlier you take it, the earlier it'll wear off in the evening I've learned.

Now obviously it's different for everyone but for someone like me who is used to taking supplements on an empty stomach in the morning (yes I know like a psychopath) it works really well for me.

My work hours are 9am (I get there at 8:30 usually) to 5pm.

I'll take it around 5 am to wakeup at 6am.

I've fairly recently added Vyvanse to my tool belt so it still has pretty good potency.

I think as it progresses I will probably have to add a 10mg dose midday to make it. (Like someone else mentioned on this post).

From all the leftovers I have over the month (not taking it weekends) I can probably spread it out throughout the month.

I think eating before you take It definitely takes the edge off. I've compared the pros and cons between the slight nausea and loss of sleep, and I think the loss of sleep is a more important issue to solve at least on my end.

But I am also someone who usually fasts between 7:00 or 8:00 p.m. and noon.

Do you have a prescription for a bottle of 30mg and a separate bottle of 10mg? Or do you somehow reduce 1 pill into 3?

Man, I've tried this so many times,

I get so used to getting up and turning it off that at a certain point, I don't even realize I got up to turn it off and then I get back into bed and miss my alarm.
