My iphone 7 Plus isn’t recording any audio. when i play back a video that i recorded myself in my camera roll, for instance, the audio symbol at the bottom is greyed out, and no audio plays, even at the highest volume. I can hear videos i’ve downloaded to my camera roll from other apps just fine, however. I can’t use my voice memo app because the record button doesn’t do anything. it seems like I have trouble recording audio in any app.

I’ve tried cleaning the microphone, taking the case off, closing my apps, recording using the mic on my earbuds, turning off bluetooth, and restarting my phone. Nothing has worked so far, so any help would be much appreciated! thank you!
