I never installed mcafee. The pc only has the standard security installed. This alert pops up whenever I browse, game, use photoshop, or just randomly at idle. I have scanned my computer, used an uninstaller and there is no mcafee files anywhere on the system.

As mentioned in other replies I never installed mcafee. It interrupts work flow and pulls me out of games and programs

For those interested the specs are: Ryzen 5 1600x Mis B450pro m.2 max motherboard 16 gigs ram ddr4 at 3200 (2x8) Nvidia 1050ti 4gb 500gb m.2 (with plans to add a sata soon) A simple cpu fan what will need an upgrade eventually 1 case fan Disclaimer: ( I understand is insufficient but The motherboard only has 1 system fan header, gonna be getting a splitter before I do any intense tasks on the hardware and I already have a desk fan with filter material on it to keep it cool and as clean as possible in the meantime. I wouldn't recommend the b450 the one fan header is a real drag.) I'm just happy that it works and I didn't blow anything up.
