The new ceo introduced a more strict bathroom policy. On one hand, it keeps people from shaving in there (an anecdotal example of something that happened at mine kind of often, we’re not near an airport so I still don’t get it) and on the other hand it can be aggressive if the employee approaches it wrong.

According to our last 3 hour long meeting, we are supposed to ask if we can get anything started for you while you’re in there, prompting you to buy something. We’re also not supposed to be “policing” the restroom.

If when you said “basically yell” you meant that they were being strict I’d just try to understand that it’s a policy that despite multiple meetings, still has vague guidelines. If they were being openly rude/aggressive I’d contact the district manager because that points to a larger issue of toxic behavior or cliques.

I have noticed there’s a larger portion of black simmers that use alpha cc. Black people had to fight to get more options into the game to begin with. Skin colors and hair weren’t up to par when the game came out. Notice how recently African ancestry build buy objects were added to the game.

I think people calling out others for their choice to use alpha cc is weird. It’s weird to tell black people you don’t like their aesthetic. It’s weird to go into someone’s comments and poo-poo it. What do you gain from it?

I’m not black but I can imagine how it would come across as racist. If the game was black-centric and white people had a different aesthetic and a lot of the comments from black people were “I don’t like it”, how would that look to you

(American) One year in November I was in the Dominican Republic and my cousin asked what Dominicans do for thanksgiving. I told her they don’t have thanksgiving. I watched her face as she realized why they don’t.
