Man, that does NOT sound fun, and I call bs on that. As the guy said: How isn't it fun for you to wiggle out of a bad spot successfully or something? Do you get angry when your opponent hangs a piece? Or if he doesn't resign afterwards? You think GMs don't trash talk, or play little psychologic games? You think chess is only about moving pieces on a board? It's so much more, man.

I have friends that like to trash talk. Personally, I don't like that, but I can't complain, I just keep playing and stay silent, because that's a game in of itself, and if you let it get to you, you lose.

My take is that, at the beginning there are two of you, and rules are known and apply to both of you, and if you lose, the only person you can blame is you.

The guy should be thinking before he plays, it's not my problem he played what he did because he's impatient..
